called for appointment to clean heating system, wood/oil combo furnace and hot water tank, she was very pleasant to talk with, and the technician joey was very pleasant, answered all question respectfully and did a great job cleaning, was very thural. definitely use them again
I used them for there service to "clean my drain pipes". Less then two months later, the problem is back! They were so rude on the phone, worst customer service.. and I got CHARGED the second time around! Oh yeah, less them two months later, the problem is back AGAIN!!
I called they couldn't help me they were too far away. But the lady on the phone helped me all she could, gave me great advice and solved my problem. Nice people to work with.
