I called 2 days ahead to make an appointment. Appointments don't mean a thing at this location. There elite guarantee doesn't mean a thing either. It has been over 24 hours and no one has even looked at my truck. At this rate my truck won't be ready to go by the time I need to pick up my next load, and I will lose all the money from it. What is the point in making an appointment if every drop in truck takes precedence?
