    Tropic Air instal...

    Tropic Air installed a new circuit board in my furnace/air conditioner last winter. To my surprise the heating fan turned on when I started my air conditioning this past summer. I called Tropic Air and they told me the circuit board was faulty and they would have to order and instal a new one. I never heard back from them. I called them many times, only to get voicemail or the service guy was not available. I would NOT recommend them as they DO NOT stand behind their work! Poor customer service!

    Super friendly service. Tech didn't try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff. He took time to thoroughly explain the issue and show me stuff about my house I didn't know. Awesome.

    Very professional. Responded within one hour. Fixed my unit quickly. It cost a lot less than I thought it would. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing air conditioning service

    Fabulous service....

    Fabulous service. Tech that came was very knowledgable and friendly. They helped with my parents A/C last week too and the guy got the job done. If you are looking for an honest HVAC service in the Toronto area definitely call these guys.

    Service was amazi...

    Service was amazing. Tech that arrived offered great advice about the filter in our furnace that was not been effective in cleaning the air and had offered an alternative one to filter air for our family. We had him clean our AC coil and our dryer vent as well, great work. Very happy.

    Had a great experience! Next day service for my A/C. The tech was friendly and professional. He couldn't fix the problem today so he didn't even charge us. He provided great ideas for solutions. Would definitely recommend.
