Placed order at 4pm for 7pm delivery today. At 7:30 no delivery, trace order shows its on the way. Call 1-800 # wait on hold 30 mins, (your call is important to us!) Then try local number which is same callcentre, on hold again. Call as 8f to place an order, was answered by young man, explained situation and asked to speak with a mgr was put on hold and then disconnected. Called again, got an operator, said she couldnt help because she did not work for SC. Put me on hold and disconnected call
Best meal I’ve had in a long time. And was handed a personal letter of thanks for choosing them. This place is doing something right. Left happy.
Sunday Sept 30th, 1:00 went with 8 people as a group. Waited for a 20 minutes for waters, 20 more minutes for orders to be taken, coffee was served in dirty cups, waited for 30-40 minutes for food. Waitress said their computer was down and we might have to wait to pay our bill with only 1 working ternal but no other delays about being served. After that we were told they were short people, and the manager was unavailable because he was out making deliveries.WORST MEAL EXERIENCE EVER!
use both the diner and takeout. Have always received great service and food.
WORST Swiss Chalet in London. Food consistently comes cold and they just Don,t care. Gave up on this one two years ago!
