I asked them to install my septic. I was not on site to show them but did send them an overhead of the property, drew and wrote in detail, where it was to be located. They did not do this and because of that I had to re-configure my house plans, not only that they left the tank exposed. I asked them to fix it on several occasions, they would not answer my msg back, I even said I would pay for half of their mistake. I had to install a pump, which was cost a bucket rental and purchase of pump.
