As a pilot I am treated very well by this flight school and sight seeing provider, more so than most. It is disheartening to see 'anonymous' bad reviews which 'coincidentally' provide good reviews on the competition's page thus I had to leave a true 5 star review behind a public identity.
This is an excellent club/ sight seeing provider/ and both our cessna 172 and twin comanche are well maintained.
We took a sightseeing flight. Pilot was professional and very competent but the airplanes were a million years old and the lady at the desk definitely didn't want to be there. She complained the entire time we were in the office and was actually swearing at someone on the phone. Very unprofessional. She had little interest in her job which is too bad. Kingston is a beautiful city by air.
Sadly I would NOT recommend this business.
