My food was horrible. My friend and I usually come here once a month but the quality of food and service has dropped a lot. My poutine was cold, the gravy and curds were not even warm. The bacon on my cheese burger was so dry that it crumbled. When I asked for a replacement, the waitress acted like "I" was at fault, and commented about my request to the kitchen staff, which I could hear from where we were sitting. Waitress waited till we were done our meal to as if we wanted a drink refill.

Comming from the province of Quebec we don't have Swiss Chalets and honestly I can see why . The rice tasted like rice from a can pilaf, the chicken was so so and the sauce tastes like I mixed BBQ, hot chicken and lots of salt . Very disappointed especially that I'd read it was horrible but yet the commercials make it seems so good. I decided to try it and i have . First and last time
