Incredibly pushy. Did not listen to wishes. Mislead about several things. Does not take time for older people to think about what is best for them, and tries to make all decisions regardless of what the client wants. One of her favourite sayings is "I'm the organizer, I will do my way, I'm the professional here" Would tell me things I did and did not need when she hadn't even seen my new place and what would fit. I have a lot of regret dealing with this company and wouldn't recommend.
