Went into this restaurant with my family [we are 4] at 7:15pm. The lady that works there (or maybe she was the owner) said that they were over-booked and could only serve us at 9:30PM. I could see at least 3 empty tables available and when we came back, the restaurant was closed! Noticed after that the hours on the front actually said the restaurant closes at 9 PM !!! THANKS A LOT ?
Food was alright. Server was friendly but seemed new or something. Bathrooms looked like they were in an old hockey arena. Cool booths. Only went there because the english pub was closed.
the service was okay .. but the food was not presented nicely. the food was cold and not cooked the way that we ordered, the waitstaff never came back to the table after they brought out our meals. we paid for the food vut we were hugely disappointed in the quality of the food and the way it was prepared.
I went to bravo family rest. today and there was 7 of us I have never got my food so fast in my life and it was the best meal I have ever had. I recomand this place to everyone. they had almost a full rest and it still only took 13 mins for all of our food and we all got it at the same time, I have never went somewhere and got our whole tables food at the same time and the service was amazing they were all friendly and all smiling having fun while still working very hard.

I have had the worst meal ever there.. I ordered 2 eggs over easy and they came undercooked so I asked for some fresh eggs to be cooked properly, the server was more than sorry and told me no problem that I would even get fresh toast and they would warm up the rest of my meal. The cook had put the same undercooked eggs on the grill all while complaining about my complaining and she overcooked them to death. I did not get fresh eggs nor did they warm up my plate and give me new toast. I was not given a discount of any kind even though I ate nothing on my plate, not even an apology from the owner. I have gone there once a month for 8 years now and I will NEVER go back. The server was a doll and very kind but the owner is rude and shouldn’t be cooking if she can’t cook eggs!! I am appalled and disgusted at the fact I didn’t even get a free coffee… Nothing and I mean nothing was offered to me.
