I have great service here. Ordered many times and have returned items without ever having a problem or restocking fee. I can't speak about price difference from one store to another, but I can say their products are top quality and priced fairly. Best of all they are local! I don't have too drive to another city for a better price.

Beware of restock...

Beware of restocking fee of 20% for parts when you cancel an order and parts are way expensive compared to Amazon Canada. You may get a better deal if you can drive to Cambridge NAPA

Avoid the Guelph ...

Avoid the Guelph store if you are looking to save money. The parts are expensive compared with the same NAPA store in Cambridge and they have a 20% restocking fee on parts if you want to return them. It is the worst store for customer service i have seen anywhere in Canada.
