Mike was polite, answered my questions intelligently, intuitively, and completely. I had no idea of what vaporizer to get, and he steered me to the Arizer Air Portable Vaporizer, which is practical and long-lasting due to its replaceable battery. I ordered an extra battery because the manufacturer's battery was recommended, but Mike said I could, in future, just buy any 18650 battery, as ordering just batteries from Toronto Vaporizer will cost me in shipping charges. The shipping now is free.
