Burnhamthorpe Health Centre, Where Compassion and healing come together. We are a new walk in and family medical clinic conveniently located on Burnhamthorpe Rd, west of Renforth. We are accepting new patients, and have both female: Dr. Taghreed Ali and male doctors: Dr Salam Abdulhussein.
A doc was scheduled to call me a day ago for a referral, but I never received a call. I have been trying to reach them for a week now, but no one is answering the phone anymore and their inbox is full. Time to find another family doctor.
The Worst experience. Made us wait while they were chatting. The next day they called to make appointment for follow up and has to pay immediately saying doctor will call wasted whole day and doctor did not call. I had to take leave from work that day. If possible dont go to this place.
Would never recommend this clinic. Dr was arrogant and unprofessional. This was my second visit. No different than the first. Was treated rudely and talked down to. This Dr has one name on the clinic window and another on his business card....somewhat sketchy!! Will never go back. I’m not sure how they would have any returning patients based on the service provided. .
I am very happy with the medical attention my family and I receive from Dr. Ali and Dr. Salam. I do think that to improve their practice they need to separate walk in times from days where appointments are taken. This would probably help with the congestion issue people experience. Whenever I have come in, either for myself or my children I am treated well and always with respect and compassion. I highly recommend these doctors.
