I was with my daughter while she tried on prom dresses. It’s one of the experiences I was looking forward to sharing with my lovely daughter. We came to this beautiful store and was ignored by the young salesclerk. It was ok we found another to help us who gave us a fitting room and was nice and helpful. My daughter tried on 3 nice gowns priced in the $400 range which is alot for me. As she came out in her third dress looking stunning and grown up looking in the mirror the younger clerk told her

The store didn’t have the dress I wanted but she worked with us to let us know we can order in the dress of my dreams! Thank you!!
I am extremely disappointed with Heirlooms and their service. I am the maid of honour for my sisters wedding and came to heirlooms for my dress. Upon ordering they ordered me the wrong dress and didnt realize. Luckily i ordered months in advance and they put a rush on ordering me a new one and shipping it to me. When the second dress came in it was the right dress WRONG SIZE. IT IS AT LEAST 2 SIZES TO SMALL, it is to small in my ribs so loosing or gaining weight wouldnt change it. It is 19 day
We went to Heirlooms for my daughters wedding last fall. Long story short they ordered the maid of honour the wrong dress. They did manage to get another one in a month but its way to small when they did measurements. Its her ribcage that is the problem so gaining some weight or losing some weight wouldnt make a difference. The store refuses to pay for alterations yet wants us to drive there 19 days before the wedding which over an hour away each way. HORRIBLE customer service, be warned
