My wife and I haved been going to this restaurant once a month for ten years. Kat owes it to herself/himself to give it another go because we have ALWAYS found the food, service and staff to be nothing less than excellent, consistently. Wonder why it is always busy? No accident. Try going some evening other than Christmas Eve next time!

Very good food and service for a big restaurant chain. Quality has steadily improved over the years. Nice selection of menu items. Nothing else compares when you're in the mood for seafood.

I love seafood and I have been to the Red Lobster in Kitchener several times and quite enjoy it. When my boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary we decided to try the Burlington location and it turned out to be a mistake. The service was slow but they were quite busy for a sunday. Our server was nice and the food came at an okay pace. The main disappointment was my boyfriend's meal which was disgusting. He ordered a shrimp and pasta dish (I don't remember exactly which one) and it was complete mush. The pasta was so overcooked he couldn't even eat his meal. My meal was okay, the crab legs were good, but the lobster tail itself wasn't very tasty, it was pretty tough. When I'm paying $25 for a meal I want it to be good. We were quite disappointed and let our sever know. They didn't charge us for the pasta, which makes me feel as though it's possible that the restaurant isn't always this bad.
I might try this location again, but I would be more likely to go to the Kitchener location.
