If you don't mind waiting a lot and you enjoy flavourless food, this is the place for you! The service and food were awful. I'll never go to a Jack Astor's again. I went after having not been to one in a few years. They should never have changed it- their attempt to be classier has just led to extraordinarily poor quality food and disorganized service. It wasn't even busy!

The service was excellent! The steak fajita was delicious. The meat was so tender and flavourful, and they give you enough wraps, unlike some restaurants.

i like going there, but i find that sometimes i am not 100% satisfied with my meal. The service is really good though, waiters are always very friendly and entertaining.

I'm addicted to Jack Astors. Cant get enough of it . Friendly staff , management and great atmosphere!! When the mardi gras festival is out , try the shrimp pasta!! its fabulous
