This is my actual Dr's office. They make it impossible to book an appointment for a simple refill prescription because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have to go in location which wastes my time. It is completely unprofessional. And I know for a fact that they are sending me through to an automated message because every time I call I ring for less and less. I call right at open no answer. I call throughout the day, no answer. I call every few moments, and no answer. HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
Polite friendly staff how ever I hope you don't ever need to call there because they don't answer thier phones and you can't leave a message!! So not professional!!!!
