    Have had 2nd pool heater in two years. Same problem again. They won’t replace product and insist on fixing it. 2 technicians later and 3 service calls and it still does not work. Terrible product and poor customer service. Don’t buy one.

    Emailed US Rheem; to say the least customer service is not a strength. Told me to contact Home Depot. The reason I emailed was to get the part number to ensure I bought the right part the first time. Too bad customer service person had insufficient intelligence to figure it out. Alternatively she probably was only there to get a pay check

    Bought a Rheem hot water tank through Home Depot. Had it installed by a licensed plumber. Tank was defective contacted Rheem gave return authorization for tank and said they would reimburse for reinstall to pay bill and send for reimbursment. Rheem lied it has been three months next stop is small claims court. Do not buy their junk products.

    was without hot water for over a month. bought a new 60 gallon hot water tank that did not work. would not replace tank but Rheem wanted my installer to repair the tank. after 2 tries of replacing parts and tripping my breaker off both times, Rheem finally agreed to replace the tank. i am a senior and suffered undo hardship while waiting for hot water. have called and left a message but no response. My case number that was given to me was #6193121. my installer went beyond! Not acceptable!

    Un horrible service à la clientèle(pas de français),le chauffe eau se brise 13 mois après l’achat.La compagnie m'oblige a faire les test avec mon multimètre ou payer le technicien qui se déplace et Home dépôt se lave les mains.Du jamais vue,une semaine sans eau chaude.Terrible expérience avec Rheem.

    Très déçue, quand...

    Très déçue, quand j'ai tenté de contacter le service à la clientèle, personne ne parle français. De plus, malgré une garantie de 12 ans, on m'envoie la procédure par email en anglais pour faire les travaux moi-même. Je ne comprends pas qu'ils vendent leur produit au Québec s'ils n'ont aucune ressource qui parle français!
