I M still crying. DONT go there ! She doesnt know anything l. I went this morning for my highlights and its a disaster i have to go to someone else to fix the damages. DONT go please keep your 30 dollars for a professional hair dresser.
I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd never been to Delmar before, but the Wagjag deal seemed so good. Well, you know what they say about something being too good to be true? I walked in and immediately knew I wouldn't be back. It's small, untidy and dirty. I hate to diss a small business owner because I know how difficult it is to be an independant. But geez....you want the public to frequent your business and you have dirty capes, dirty floors, dirty chairs and your equipment (brushes, etc) looks like it hasn't been replaced in years. Maria was very nice and personable, but she highlighted my hair in 10 minutes! She did the bare minimum (I think) precisely because she offered such a low price for the "services." I didn't get a deep conditioning treatment, and the highlights are barely noticeable. If, for some reason, I had gone in there expecting to pay full price, I would have walked out without paying at all :(

The salon is kept very clean at all times. We try to maintain very high standard of cleanliness, if we did not we would not be opened for long. If the client was not satisfied with the service, they should have come back to have it done to their satisfaction. I try to do the very best i can. If the customer does not say anything I assume that they are happy.
She had an appt. on March 31st 2012 - and this place when she got there is a dump, so dirty - far from a salon. I bought a package from a group deal (DEAL FIND) and my wife came home crying, hair was wrecked! Uneven cut, unprofessional etc.. (we went to another salon to get it fixed) Shes didn't even stay for the other services i paid for. There are MANY MORE salons which you can choose from. I really beg you not to go here! As you will see there are NO positives reviews. DONT PUT YOUR WIFE OR YOURSELF THROUGH THIS PLACE.

If the client was not happy she could have come back and the service would have been redone to her satisfaction free of charge.If we don't know what the problem is- we can not help her. She should of called back. We at delmar-want the client to feel happy when they go home.
