If you need to get your car serviced at Classic Honda make sure you have nothing else scheduled for that day. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am for a recall service appointment which I was told would take 2 hours. I didn't get my car back until 6pm. I made several phone calls throughout the day to the dealer and no one could give me an answer till about 4:30pm when I was told my car was done and they were sending a shuttle. 6pm and no shuttle. Got a ride to my car from my brother. Never again

The overall experience was great. My sales rep Annemarie provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Classic Honda and Annemarie to any potential customer.
