I was intrigued by entering this store as it looks as though they carry a vast assortment of designer brands, which in fairness they do have multiple brands. That’s as good as it gets. They carry multiple brands but not a lot of variety in each brand. And I think it’s crucial for the staff to have basic product knowledge. I asked if they carried Chanel, and the salesperson had no idea what brand that was. Seriously?!? This is basic stuff people! Get with it!
Please do not visit this store! The employee stated you buy one pair and get the second pair 50 percent off. My friend paid the full price and I was going to buy the 2nd pair for 50 percent off. We were suppose to pick up the glasses later in the week. Well they called me the next day and said the employee made a mistake.the 2nd pair is not 50 percent off ..i have to pay the full price. I am so upset and angry.I wasted my time and energy on finding the right pair. They are so unprofessional.
ME and my fiance shopped here for our glasses. We were given a combined promotion discount for two glasses by one of the employees. Next day i receive a call from owner saying that he cant give me that discount and that i will have to pay 60$ more than what were told originally. Wasted time for both of us.
Terrible customer service. Would not let my husband take a picture of how he looks with eyeglasses to compare with another pair which they didn't have in store. The representative was extremely argumentative and rude to us both. Would never recommend this store. The model number of the eyeglasses are covered up, so not quite sure what the issue was with allowing us to photograph him (he can't see without his glasses otherwise).
Horrible from start to finish. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. The eyedoctor they sent me to gave me a perscription way too strong, so blurry i couldnt even see. They then made me retest my eyes with someone else and said it would be fixed and ready to pick up the next day. When i went back to pick them up and tried them on again, they were still extremely blurry. They then tell me (after arguing that what i saw wasnt blurry) the right lense was cut wrong and to come back (for the third time) the next day. I just tried them on again, and the quality is still terrible. Not sharp at all. Save your money and go to a good optician.
I received the most disappointing service ever at BLINK FASHION EYEWEAR at Bramalea City Centre.Apart from it, I choose a pair of glasses one day and a sales person provided a quote of 340$ for that pair . When I visited second time , same sales person gave the price of 400$ for exactly the same pair and same prescription .It is so weird how can price increase by 60$ in a single day !! Totally unbelievable and unreliable dealers according to me . I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism.
