Worst customer experience I have ever had.

The most horrible service ever do not go to them rude ignorant is putting it mildly absolutely disgusting

They offer exceptional customer service and variety of frames.

They are idiots. Cant even pick up their phone.

I was intrigued by entering this store as it looks as though they carry a vast assortment of designer brands, which in fairness they do have multiple brands. That’s as good as it gets. They carry multiple brands but not a lot of variety in each brand. And I think it’s crucial for the staff to have basic product knowledge. I asked if they carried Chanel, and the salesperson had no idea what brand that was. Seriously?!? This is basic stuff people! Get with it!
