I think it is in ...
I think it is in poor taste & business sense to charge for services not provided, due to a missed appointment; especially when the client had already purchased multiple services in the spa within about a year and a half - including 2 full rounds of laser. Very unhappy with this service. Will never go back or recommend it (quality of services was nowhere near good enough to overlook this incident).
