Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Worst customer service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE !

Great sales staff. Bought my first new vehicle here and had a wonderful overall experience.

In all my car buying experience I've never had a problem with a dealership until I walked into Barrie Nissan which has been nothing but a problem since then. They'll do a great job selling you but then want nothing to do with you and blame you for issues. I've had better experiences at used car lots.

A despicable deal...

A despicable dealership and an embarrassment to the Nissan brand, I don't know how or why Nissan Canada allows them to operate this way. They seem to have a complete and utter disregard for the customer so don't even waste your time escalating anything as no one seems to care and they are only in it for themselves.

DO NOT buy a car ...

DO NOT buy a car from Barrie Nissan, go to Orillia Nissan...it will be worth the drive and save you the aggravation of dealing with the unprofessional Service Manager & General Manager.
