    WE bought 2% Natrel Lactate free milk 2 litre containers, on first week of Dec. First carton was ok. Today I opened second carton and heated the milk It went bad. I tried the 3rd carton it was bad. The expiry date on the cartons was 17th of Jan 2021. Hope some way I can get the replacement. Regards

    My family and I have been patrons at this location since the day it opened. Last night, it was obvious that there is an issue with the overall pride at this particular store. 1) overwhelming stench of sewage immediately upon entering - disgusting! 2) there were only TWO clerks manning the food station at prime dinner time. Ordering 2 hot dogs, fries, drinks and an ice cream took almost 1/2 hour! 3) when exiting at almost 8pm, only ONE poor clerk stationed at the exit to check buggies, receipts!!

    The warehouse staff is courteous and helpful. I like shopping there. The pharmacy staff needs training in customer service and process. They do not say sorry when they have messed up and they do that often with my prescription insurance claim or access to my doctor. I am so frustrated with the pharmacy. Too many training issues.

    Horrible experience with optical department. I waited more than 3 weeks for a sunglasses clip on & I was told by 2 people in dept it would take 4 days. I had to go in person after 2 weeks because they don't answer the phone. Told me not in yet, when I called at least a week later they said it had been waiting for me 2 weeks & they left messages. No messages recorded on my phone & glasses I got from them cause neck problems as I later learned wrong size frame for progessive lenses.

    General manger is very arrogant, when adrressed with an issue or concern he becomes on the defensive, is quick to say " its policy " when it's clear that the entire staff is inconsistent due to the lack of his management skills.
