The team showed up on time, prepared and ready to tackle the task at hand. They were very upfront about how they would clean all the vents, took the time to explain everything they were doing and never hesitate to provide more efficient ways to improve our installation. They, however, damaged new hardwood flooring, didn't leave us with the occupancy permit documents included with their serviceor the remainder of the diffuser caps. I was told they were going to return later on the next week to finish but did not. Three unanswered and unreturned calls, these boys are 95 prercent contractors. I received a few quotes from other companies and these guys provided the best pricing as well as the best service. Quick clean installation with no difficulties. Highly recommended
they came out to clean my ducts, left and the ducts were filthy, wouldn't give a refund when we asked. Came out again looked ok on the surface but the ducts were still filthy inside, we called back they promised to come out again and never returned our calls. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
I called Indoor energy solutions yesterday about cleaning out my air exchanger ducts. I was quoted a price, and even though I had given them the wrong number of ducts (I was off by 3…there were 8 instead of 5) the price only went up by 30 dollars. They also checked my attic for mold. I had previously been quoted by other companies for 1200-1600 dollars so I was expecting the worst. But the quote I was given was MUCH better than anywhere else. These guys were incredible.
We had Indoor Energy Solutions to our 13 year old home that had never had the ducting cleaned. This company took the time to show me how awful our ducts were, and I was completely shocked! We don't have pets! Yikes.
The men were on time, and the price we were quoted was the price we paid! This company not only got our ducts completely clean, they even took the time to get all the old paint off of the little covers in each room! I was over the top impressed! We didn't ask them to do that, they just did.
