If you are in the market for a Realtor, Kyla Miranda is an excellent choice! Kyla is extremely knowledgeable of the Real Estate market in St. Johns, and surrounding areas. She knows what works, and offers sound advice. We were thoroughly impressed with her level of communication, and her dedication to getting our house sold. Kyla has been the most amazing realtor to work with! So lucky to have found her to help me through the process of buying a new home. Kyla Miranda was an exceptional realtor from start to finish of our search for a house. She found us the perfect house and saved us so much time liaising with the lawyer, home inspector, contractors, etc. and going back and forth to the house when couldnt get away from work. And she thought of things we never would have. I am sure she saved us money in the negotiations and she really made the process so enjoyable and reassuring and went above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
I contacted Kyla for a real estate tour, and she went above and beyond my expectations. In the time leading up to my visit, she gave me an opportunity to look at what was available and really tried to get know my preferences so the tour would be tailored to what I was interested in. She was also a great source of knowledge about the city, which was especially useful for me as someone from out of province. Kyla is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and warm and I cant recommend her enough!

Kyla is a fabulous real estate agent because she is honest and professional and does not take short cuts for personal gain. She helped me purchase my first home and did everything in her power to make this a positive experience.
