I have had a minisplit installed in my previous home and recently had a second one installed in my new home. Brother’s Heat Pumps provided excellent service from the initial phone call to the onsite quote through to installation. This is a family run business and customer service is high priority. I would highly recommend this company.
From install to servicing this company has been amazing to deal with. Very responsive! Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing a mini split heat pump!
Cant say enough about these guys. Ben, Arron, Alex and Dad. True professionals in every sense. What a polite and friendly group. They were in our home for 3 days. They removed their foot wear whenever they came into the house and didnt make a mess. We had previously agreed on a start date and they were true to there word. Exceptional job and I will recommend these guys to all who require a mini split. Great job fellas
Had an appointment about 2weeks ago to get an estimate on installing a heat pump..They said they were free on Thursday and Friday. I said great I will be home both days. Nobody ever showed up. Called back 4 days later and told manager what happened and he apologised for it.He asked my phone number and name and said he would get in touch with someone ....never herd from them since. I can only imgine what would happen if I had to make a service call to them....worst service ever

Had the mini split installed this week to combat the heat.
Wow... house was had 27c when the guys turned it on. In 1 hour house was down to 22C and humility was gone. My wife loves it... wasn't crazy about the unit on the wall at first.
Install was was quick and very neat. Price was in the middle for the other quotes I got. Very happy!
There doing my sisters place next week.
