Found this business because I was looking for after hours service. He actually answered his phone and did not hesitate to come late evening. He arranged for Septic service and saved the day. I cant speak to pricing as I don't have a final bill but after hours does come with a price. Thanks Rod

He ensured all tenants had working water prior to leaving AND followed up again the next day.
