After 6 months of inconsistent service from Signature, we have had our service cancelled. Our experience ranged from excellent to not even being able to tell that a team had attended to our home other than the note they left us. When we asked that our service be consistently attended to by the most competent of the staff that we encountered, Vanessa, they would not accommodate us. We do not recommend Signature Cleaning Service because of the inconsistent service and refusal to back up their work
I am so sorry you had such a terrible experience with my company. We always guarantee our work which is why I offered a recall the same day and the reason we sent a Supervisor to Quality Check your next service. We cancelled your service because you instructed us to do so if we could not PROMISE Vanessa would ALWAYS be on your team. We do not have control over when a team member may be sick. I am so sorry, which is why I issued a full refund for the service visit you were unhappy with.
