Wow. I can't believe what I just read! I have been a loyal customer at making waves for over 10 years, and have NEVER had an experience like the one below. Tracey and her current staff are some of the most talented, knowledgeable, welcoming people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They take pride in all that they do - every time. I have referred many friends over the years, and they have all been satisfied, and continued to go there. I guess some people have nothing better to do but complain! Keep up the good work, ladies! OMG! Saw great reviews on this place, and they don't disappoint! Tara gave me the nicest hi-lights I've ever had. She was so easy to talk to, it felt like I knew her forever! The other girls who did the shampoo and helped were so friendly. Check this place out - sooo glad I did!
I never take the time to review places I have been or products I have used but walked out of this salon knowing it would be shame to not write one on these girls!
My experience was so incredible from the start, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and accommodating. I was paired with a stylist that selected for my needs and hair type, Based on this experience alone, I called back and booked my sister with another stylist at the same time. We saw Tracey and Allie for a hair cut and color. We were both so happy with the time taken and the care and the ending result. Upon leaving, we both booked out next hair appointments with them! So happy to have found this gem! Keep up the excellent work girls! Can't wait to see you again in a few weeks time! :) :) :)
salon was nice, smelt smokey and in the front probaly from smokers. hair dresser i had talked too much and it was hard for me to tell her things about myself and i didnt like that because when i get my hair done its "ME" time. hair dresser seemed overwhelmed a little. it was busy thoo. i did like my hair and maybe it was just an off day but it does make me think again if i would book her again.
:) Went to see Allie because my friend see's her and was very happy!!!! She listened and really read me well! Very happy 2 have found a new stylist b/c mine moved and I was in desperate need!!!!!! Put less stars for convenience because I couldn't find parking right away, however it was rush hour and less with courtesy because there was another girl working who wasn't very friendly! Otherwise happy, HAPPY, happy!
