Excellent service and their appliances are well priced, no higher than a big box store. It is also very convenient to deal with a local store, as they provide a personal service..the client isn’t just a number. We have had both prompt repairs and good purchases from BAS.
Terrible service, poor communications! Although the service tech is very nice, their communication is non- existent. I waited 3 days after the date I was told my appliance would be repaired and when they finally did come with the part (2 days after my visit in person to the store) the applliance was not repaired and I heard nothing further. No one bothered to call to explain why the appliance was not fixed, nor have they let me know when we might expect to have the job done. Very disappointing,
