I joined ILKB Burnaby on their first week and was hooked right away! The trainers are amazing and very friendly. They welcome you right when you walk in through those steamy doors. They motivate you and push you to try your best at every work out. The members are also very supportive. We motivate and suffer through the tough workouts together. I used to say that I am a pretty active and in shape kinda guy but after living outside of the country for a while, I couldn't.
The first time I went to this place, they really kicked my ass (In a good way).
