Pilates is a fun way to build strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility. The focus on core strength can help alleviate discomfort in the back, as well as overall posture and alignment.Pilates connects you with your body and helps you be better coordinated and mindful in your movements. This is a light-hearted, enthusiastic class. All levels of fitness are welcome as modifications will be demonstrated.
