Don't even bother coming here! Bought a social shopper for dental cleaning and grooming for $69. They told me my dogs teeth were really bad (they are pretty bad, he's a senior dog) and it would cost an additional $165 to fully clean his teeth. We declined and wanted only the 15 min scaling time. I get a call from the owner that my dog is biting and she won't be able to clean the teeth. She offered me either a refund or to go ahead with just the grooming. I said to go ahead with the grooming since I had already dropped off my dog. I would have been ok with a decent grooming job for what I had paid. Picked up my dog 7 hours later and he has very uneven fur. There's a chunk of fur missing from his bum and random fur sticking out from under his legs. Honestly, I regularly trim his fur at home and I do a much better job. Won't be returning to this place. Sticking to Doggie Doos in Richmond...
