If I could give 0 stars I would.
Completely unorganized from the start. Should have been the first red flag. Had them do our trusses for us and when they showed up our framer said they were the WORST he has EVER seen. None of the top was level, they missed a whole step in the roof & the wood was awful that they used. Owner said we could bill him for the 100 hours it took to fix, when we sent the invoice he ghosted us.
