This company is amazing.. Eddie is awesome. Ive had too book a taxi for my child in advance for the last two weeks as i work early. They are Always on time and very friendly and keeps my kid safe.. Top notch service..??
They do not send the cab on time. Today, I had to wait for half an hour while they kept on saying the cab will be there in ten minutes. I got super late to my work. This is very unprofessional on their part.Very dissappointed.
Preordered a wheelchair accessible taxi for 4:30 at 2 pm on Saturday. They said no problem. At 4:45 we called to see where the taxi was as I was waiting outside and they replied as they were busy and had no taxi available. what a way to run a business. I had a Christmas party to attend for 5:30 and another couple waiting for the same taxi. As I am in a wheelchair I had to miss the Christmas party, luckily the others were able to get another taxi company to get them to The Hart House in Burnaby.
We just had a horrible experience with this company. The driver left us feeling deeply uncomfortable - physically expressing frustration (hitting his steering wheel among other things) because we had a shorter fare. Then the driver purposefully took a longer route to suck more money from us. This behaviour was disturbing and rude. Do not use this company if you want even the most basic level of service.
Used #TAXI and was told i was connected to Newton Whalley. Sat on hold for NINETY EIGHT MINUTES while my husband called independently, was HUNG UP ON, called again, WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN, called x3 and had a cab arrive. We were at the destination and i was STILL ON HOLD.
Absolutely terrible service. Drivers flatly refused to pick us up from the airport because we had a kenneled dog. Terrible service. Would never recommend.
Dispatcher outright LIES during rush hours. One day we waited close to 2 hours for a cab. We called three times for an update, and the dispatch kept saying "Cab should be there in 10-15 mins". So we waited and waited. On the third attempt, I warned him that I will wait 20 more mins as we were losing hope. The yelling I got in response was "I TOLD YOU 10 MINUTES, NO??? NOT 20". I just hung up. Very low standard of service!
Me and pal called a cab from train station to our place, driver came swifty and dropped us using most short route. The cab was very clean and he was polite. Good service, would recommend them.
Worst taxi service ever. They need to train their drivers to be nicer and honest to the customers. They act like they're doing the customers a favour by driving them to their destination, when in real they need to realize that we are paying for their living. I called in a cab last week because I had to get to this place for an interview. It took them around 20 mins to send a cab and when I asked the driver to use the shortest route if possible (which is my right as a passenger btw) he went like "I'm driving a car, not an airplane therefore I can't fly" I'm like uh okay? I ignored him. Today I called them in and they sent the same guy. This time i suggested a shorter route myself and he went like "why don't you start dressing up faster and call in the cab earlier. You clearly don't understand that we can't fly no matter how short the route is". I mean excuse me? I don't think I need an advice on my timing from an xyz cabbie. If you don't like your job then friggin quit it. Worst customer service ever with 0 time management. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The cab number was NW 104 and the driver was south Asian in his late 40s or 50s.
Probably the worst experience I've had in my entire life dealing with a taxi ! This is the worst company ever I do not trust them nor I recommend it to anyone ! I had one of the taxi drivers yell at me and swear at his co worker for not choosing him . I did not feel comfortable riding in his taxi there fore choosing his co worker. The man I did not choose would not let us leave and threatened his co worker for taking his client (me). I had to tell him to back off as he opened my door screaming for me to get into his taxI. When i complained to the company they did not seem to care. This is by far the worst company ! Do not call them do not use their service ! Horrible customer service ! I would not give it any stars but for the sake of this being posted I had to ..
They asked me to pay $10 extra if I want to use a van. I canceled it and phoned anther cap company.
