i have to say i went with 2 other electrical company's and they seem to not have much of a clue on what they were doing but when i called you guys you seem to have all my answers and it put my mind at ease to know that i had real professionals working on my place thank you so much mike i will tell as many people as possible

I can not say enough good things about the work and profeshionalism of this company. I was unsure of what needed to be done and Mike walked me through every step and more. The help I was given went above and beynd, not to mention the quality of work that was done. Do yourself a favour and get it done right, get it done by Mike.

Mike,. My electric had jumped from the 900 to 2490 to 4120 now. The 1st electricians I had in there cause you were #4 and I was loosing faith in people...no-one would help not the city, not fortis, energysavers...no-one. By the time I came across your add I was fit to be tied . Your electrician came in and did more in the 15-20 mins that he was there then another company whos guy was there maybe 10 mins, basically said I was dumb and sent a 165$ that I am now in collections for...simple or not He stood there, your guy Fixed and LOOKED for a problem. Today Rod came into my home, Mike I have talked to you so much over the past 11/2 2 months you have guided me step by step on actions I needed to take for myself as a single mom of 2 girls but also had Rod meet my manager at 10 this AM and have look at my meter to see if the problem lay there..but no. However he ALSO came upstairs and looked every possible place that he could to find and or fix the problem. In the end the problem lies with my meter but both Rod and Yourself took the time to talk TO me not AT or down to me. Rod did a wonderful job today and Thank you for your phone call after he left. I know I already said it Forever Grateful Mike. Not only did you NOT charge me for your services today but you DID call me after and tell me what my next steps had to be and that you would def be following up til the prob was fixed. At the end of our 1st phone call you said to me..We Will Make It Right! You have all gone above and beyond for me and as I sit here writing this I just dont feel its enough. I feel that the time and energy and Finances that you have lost dealing with me cannot begin to make me feel overjoyed also overwhelmed at the help you have given me. Dear Cherie....I'm so very glad to hear that we did a good service for you. I know there are a lot of other Electrical firms that are not very personal but we pride ourselves with personal service as well as "making it right" for our valued clients. I felt sorry for you when you said 3 other Electrical firms couldn't find the problem and some of them charged you huge $$$$. After hearing of your plight and knowing you were a single mom on disability with 2 kids, I wanted to do the right thing! You're not the only person who we worked for free in the past and you won't be the last. Seniors, war veterans, people on disability's, single Mom's and Dad's....all have received our expert service for free! Some have received reduced rates so they can afford it! It says in the Bible to "Give and thou shall receive"...we at Holmes Electric believe that is true!
