Terrible ring selection and terrible service, after finally finding a size 6 ring that I was told could be sized down to a 4 by the manager of the store, only to bring it to graham's and people's to be told it could not be resized, when I attempted to return the ring which WAS a final sale, the lady fought tooth and nail to avoid giving me my money back, even though they sold it under false pretenses of being re-sizeable, after told to refund me she slammed my cash and change down as well, pissy
