No magazine for 5 weeks and they do not return any messages I leave them. No way to contact an actual person via the phone either. Totally disgusted with them. Willing to take my money, but not willing to make sure I get my magazine!
Terrible Service. Even though they missed delivering several issues, they argue it is the Post Office fault or someone stole it more than 4 times. My mail delivery comes complete with every form of mail including Magazines and all get here on time. With T V Week even when we received the issue it was sporadic at best. Never really knew when the latest copy would arrive. We Cancelled...enough is enough
