Terrible customer service after a mix up in appointment times, I thought I had booked in for Wednesday but apparently they had booked for Tuesday. Receiptionist was rude on the phone, which is too bad as our family was loyal to this spa for over two years spending our fair share. Very disappointing.
every year for the past few years we have bought my mother in law a gift certificate at your spa, this year she went in and was totally disgusted with the huge increase in your prices and also in the terrible hard bench that she had to sit on to have a pedicure where her feet didn't even touch the ground. Just to let you know we will not be patronizing your business any longer and will make it well known to others why we are choosing not to.
