I purchased my condo last spring. It would never have happened without the new rock team but I was approved for my mortgage. I love my home.

Overall experience in purchasing our first property is phenomenal! Support staff is very patient and very helpful. Would really recommend New Rock!

We've been living in our new condo for a year and we love it. NewRock has some great programs to help out first time home buyers and the entire process was a breeze. We dealt with Jodi in Blackfalds and she walked us through everything without hesitation or pressure! The build quality is great and it's also been nice to have follow up support from Guy, Bryce and Jodi to fix our one year (minor) defects with the place. We couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience!

NewRock has some great programs for first time home buyers. Really helped us get into our first home. Very pleased with the construction as well.
