We joined Vivent in 2012 for 4 yrs then renewed for another 5 yrs. They are still charging us even though I did not renew in 2021. My husband had a very bad fall and can't walk so we had to move to a seniors apt.in Dec. They refuse to accept our cancellation. I don't know what to do. We are seniors and not using their system.
I'd like to give 0 stars. The services are fine, the customer support representatives are good, but their policies are atrocious and designed to spounge every cent posible from you if you have to cancel your services for things like military moves. Even if you call to notify 30 days out that you will be cancelling your services, they will still come up with excused why your notice is not accepted and force you to pay for months, not just 30 more days. I will never do business with vivint again
I have vivint since we bought our new house and it’s great investment . I have 2 girls who forget there keys so the keypads are the best. Also the cameras are good quality pictures.
