Horrible management company. Managers are rude, don't return calls or e-mails and take forever to have anything fixed. Will only use their contacts to contract out maintenance/repairs, even if double the cost of anyone else. Almost every piece of correspondence has to be sent twice due to errors and misinformation. Only 7 days notice of the AGM. Terrible company, I do not recommend.

Staggering incompetence

Won't respond to phone calls or emails. When they eventually respond, they lie about what they are going to do and when it is going to be done. Incompetent beyond reason. DO NOT USE!

Worst in Edmonton

Beyond useless. Extremely slow response. When they do respond, they don't take care of the problem or provide a timeline. When asked again, they stop responding. Do not pay them any money.

Terrible property...

Terrible property management company. Do not pay this company to manage anything they can't manage themselves . They fight and don't listen to anything you have to say.

Excellent Service

This is a fantastic company. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Quick response time for everything. There is no comparison, I have dealt with other companies that are completely useless, this is NOT one of them. 2 thumbs up.
