Professional service , clean and friendly drivers, I have used a few tow companies over the years, This was the first time using Jays towing , the service was quick , friendly , the trucks were clean inside and out , driver (Cliff) was in a uniform and look and acted in the most professional manner I have ever come across in the towing industry. Great job to the staff of Jays Towing Edmonton.
I had nothing but issues trying to get a tow. Waited over an hour for Kingsway who never called back. Finally I called Jays. The driver was there within 30 minutes. He looked professional and clean, he took time to find out my problem, then he recommended a good shop to take my car to. I do not remember his name, Barry or Blaine but he really did impress me with his service. He was my towing hero. Thanks Jays, I will be calling you again, hopefully not right away.
