I have been so impressed with this company. They were at my acreage within a half an hour of my call. They completed all documentation for insurance before they started the clean up. Every staff member that entered my house showed up on time, were very respectable and always left the work area immaculate. The lead person Jessica was in contact with me on a regular basis. She handled most communications with my insurance company and kept me informed. Would highly recommend this local company
My experience with this company was very unpleasant. I dealt with other restoration companies but this one was the worst. Wouldn't ever use them again.

Rapid Response was hired to do the restoration work in my townhouse after the June flood. They were very approachable and easy to deal with. If you ever had a question all you had to do was call and they got back to you right away. The workers on site were friendly and understood that you just wanted to move home and get on with your life. Most important, if you have any problems after the work is done, all you have to do is call and they will make it right.
Rapid Restoration provided terrible service on the restoration process of our home (no plan for what needed to be done, no updates on what was being done or how it was going and no indication until two days before it was complete that we could move back home despite numerous questions in an attempt to plan our life around the restoration of our home). They don't answer emails and over the phone are rude and unprofessional. In addition, when provided an estimate for additional work not covered under insurance they were charging 4x more than other companies in the city. Do yourself a favour and use someone else if you're ever in need.

We are sorry you feel this way. In regards to the charges on additional work not covered by insurance, we used disaster restoration industry standard pricing. With respect to the updates, we attended the annual general meeting where we provided updates and answered questions. We were also in contact with the condominium management and provide updates to them on a regular basis.
