Pizza Hut has become our go-to place for great-tasting pizza. The quality is consistently excellent, from the crispy crust to the delicious toppings. We love the variety, whether it's a classic Pepperoni or their signature Mac ‘n’ Cheese Pasta. Their customer service stands out as well—staff are friendly, orders are accurate, and delivery is always timely. Firstly when I tried to file a complaint online with Pizza Hut, the actual store location (Hidden Creek Drive, NW) in Calgary - that I ordered from - is not listed in the online form.
I've eaten at Pizza Hut before but this was my 1st time ordering online for delivery and the result was extremely poor. I live less than 10 min. from the store location and the email confirmation I received estimated the delivery time at 30 min. after the order - which seemed reasonable
