Mr. Mike's plumbing does not have honest pricing. They charge a $70 dispatch fee, then when they get to the door hit you with a $313 "diagnostic fee", and if you refuse service for their ridiculous pricing, you're out $70.
THEY ALSO CHARGE A $30 FEE FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO USE HIS TOOLS. ???
Altogether, I was charged $434.14 for 30 minutes of work and for the technician to tell me that the AC was too old to be fixed...
Robbie is amazing! He quickly found the problem and I am so glad he convinced me to purchase a tap from Mr. Mike’s. it’s a quality tap and installed correctly. I highly recommend Mr. Mike’s! This is the second time I have used them.
My experience with Mr Mike's Plumbing has been outstanding. There have been three service call (initially a clogged drain and then a replacement of a main water shut off valve), and each time, a high level of professionalism shown by the technicians involved. Recently I had a poly-B pipe leak on a Sunday and this expertly and efficiently dealt with by Ladis, someone who I would describe as a plumbing super-technician. In sum, I enthusiastically recommend this ethical and reliable company!
Had a failed pump and bad sewage smell. Plumber came quickly, diagnosed the problem and scheduled a time to replace the pump for the next day. Quick, professional and personable.
