We went to get a custom wedding band made to match my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond from my husbands grandmothers engagement ring. It was sent back 3 times for being set wrong, crooked and the wrong size. Until finally a week from the wedding I just didn't have time to let them try again. I was furious. It took me 2 years to settle down enough to go back to fix it. It took a week longer than they said and it is no longer crooked, but the claws look like play dough. Run!
