The staff at the Lethbridge office have done their best to correct the ongoing issues with the garbage security System. As shown to one of their support techs while trying fix another problem, the cameras are way cheaper on Amazon than from the dealer. Don't be held hostage by a 4 year contract and avoid the hassle.
Vito and Alex have provided excellent service and advise to us in regards to our home security system. From sales through to installation, and follow up service for additions/changes in our system that we initiated, our experience working with Guardian Security and in particular Vito and Alex, has been outstanding.

Guardian Security has amazing staff at hand! Their employee Jorgen was so polite and such a gentleman for helping me to understand the system. He took his time and was very patient with me, and he even taught me how to use the system right then and there until I got the hang of it! I am so thankful for all of the help you guys have given me.
I would like to thank you for your great service on yesterday's call to my shop. You were not only timely in your arrival but also very thorough and efficient on site. It was most appreciative that you were willing to work directly with the service man from Shaw as neither I, nor my staff, would have been able to convey the technical information from your findings to the rep from Shaw. And thank you for remaining on site while the Shaw rep corrected his previous "repair". Had he been as thorough as you, we would not have had to place the call to Securtek to correct a problem that did not exist with your equipment. It was all too easy for Shaw to tell us the problem was with your equipment and we had no ability to do anything but go along with their findings. Shaw now recognises that they have additional equipment issues as 2 other tenants in this same building are also having problems. Hopefully they will get these failures corrected shortly. Once again, Ben, thank you for your assistance and willingness to help the rep from Shaw. This saved us not only time but probably a lot of frustration to go along with it. Sincerely, Vickie Hill
