    The owner Stew was able to help me fix my damaged prop and help me get back on the water within a few weeks. He was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I will visit him again the next time I need help or need a new prop.

    Show me the money

    I priced out a Mercury propeller with Prop Masters. It was going to cost about $181.00 for the prop and about $78.00 for the hub kit. I got a Black Max prop which included the hub kit at Renfrew Marine for $177.00. I don't know how well these guys are at refinishing a used prop, but I sure ain't gonna buy a new one from them. Five years ago I bought a Volvo prop from Prop Master only to find I could buy the exact same prop online and have it shipped to my house for less then half the price. I returned the prop to Prop Masters and asked why the huge difference. They didn't have an answer and charged me 20% restocking fee. It was still cheaper to return it!
